In this linoleum printing activity, local artist Margarita Maxson will share her knowledge of the ancient Mayan Calendar and everyone will print their own Mayan birthday characters and symbols to take home. All materials included; no experience necessary.

Margarita Maxson is a visual artist born in Mexico, living and exhibiting her work in the US for the last 16 years. Her work is inspired by myths, legends, and indigenous cultures of Latin America.
