Laurette Klier, M.ED, CDP, CST, CSA of NANA’S BOOKS will discuss using books with nostalgic verses and images to help caregivers connect with their loved ones.
Laurie’s book series is the winner of a 2021 Maude’s Award for Innovation in Dementia Care for Making Connections.
Nana’s Books were inspired by Nana Mary (1931-2021) who loved big and passed with Lewy body dementia.
